Technically, yes, we can. In some cases, people get infected as the vaccine boosts the immune system but still does not provide 100% of immunity. The vaccine protects against the symptoms from worsening, so you will not need to be hospitalized in many cases.
The persons who are vaccinated but still got infected might not show the exact symptoms, particularly in asthmatic patients. So it is better to keep wearing masks and maintain proper social distance.
Why is infection spreading in vaccinated people?
There are various answers for the question among them; one is that vaccine is injected to protect against COVID 19 virus but not against its variants. Luckily, scientists have found the vaccine of novel virus bit the process is steady, and the variants are emerging pretty fast. Still, it keeps the vaccinated person safe from severity.
However, experts are saying that few vaccines are a great protective layer against variants like the USA claims Pfizer and Moderna is a protective vaccine and China says the same for Sinovac and other vaccines. However all of these vaccine sin Pakistan are available but still there were cases of infection with delta Coronavirus after vaccination.
Abstract:
Vaccinated or not we should follow all the precautions to stay away from infectious disease and keep family and individuals safe from deadly spread
